![]() Some of these scalpers have even been outlandish enough as to post pictures of their PlayStation and Xbox consoles stacked up to the ceiling. This has enabled scalpers to more effectively buy products and stockpile them. They require little to no proof that a buyer is a real person other than a simple CAPTCHA. Other retailers like Walmart, Target, and Best Buy have not been as hard on scalpers. Their website is also one of the few that has not crashed thanks to its online waiting room. This has made it so a person must have a PlayStation account in order to buy a system. So far, Sony has implemented an account access process on their website. Companies do little to prevent this action from happening. Each year, items like consoles, collectibles, and games, get resold at higher values than they are worth. ![]() While areas have taken notice of scalping tickets, this type of law has not been expanded to stop people from scalping other items. Scalpers on eBay are selling PS5 consoles for more than double the retail price. So, the other question is how do we stop scalpers from gaining so much power and get consoles into the hands of people who deserve them? What’s even crazier is that people are willing to buy them instead of wait until demand decreases. Currently, if someone doesn’t want to wait around hoping that they get one, a PS5 on eBay ranges from $500 (for the digital edition) all the way up to $1,500. They buy high demand items in bulk and then resell them at a profit on sites like eBay and Amazon. Many gamers are rising up again to tell scalpers to go away, but the real question should be, should it be illegal?Įveryone knows who a scalper is. Scalpers don’t care about feelings, they don’t care about how much of a budget someone is on, and they certainly don’t care about the money someone tirelessly saved. Through all of that chaos, there is one type of individual that is almost universally despised… The Scalper. Soon people are swarming all over the internet and attacking retail associates to get their hands on the new tech. When a new generation of consoles releases, all hell breaks loose. ![]() When a new piece of hardware releases, gamers once again appear to spend their hard-earned cash. When a new game releases, they are there. So.Every gamer tries to keep with the current trends. and on the other end is a 5-year old kid for all we know. i try to keep that in mind also when i rage. my kids have gotten hold of my tanks on few occasions for example. every time i see a player that can qualify to be a bot (irrational or chaotic moves, really really bad shooting, total oblivion to the battle at hand) i cant help, but remember that we have _no_idea who is behind the screen. That seems more up your alley.Įdited by SniperDude12666, 28 November 2017 - 01:37 AM. If you are someone using a bot in battle… No offense, but go play World of Warcraft, or maybe Cat Simulator. If any of you have any ideas about programs like these, or there is a website I can get a link to just to satiate my curiosity, that would be awesome. All the same, I just ask anyone out there, are there bot programs that you could actually use to kill people and gain real XP/Credits not from simply sitting AFK? I have no doubt the technology and knowledge exists to create programs and codes such as these, I just have no idea if there have actually been any built for Blitz. I am not looking to download any program such as this, I view it as a coward’s way to advance in our beloved game. Numerous times over my (as of this writing) 8,907 battles over my three (that’s right, I need help XD) accounts, I have met enemies in battle that seemed just like this, or played so horribly, unpredictably, strangely, or just plain robotically that I couldn’t help but wonder… are their people in Blitz who use bot programs to drive their tanks for them? However, I wonder… are there semi-intelligent or intelligent bots? Also, there are bots which simply send a preset message, such as “Good luck team!” at the beginning of the match so the player can get right to battling. Those bots move about a tank length from their spawn and then stop on a rock, or start getting romantic with a poor wall. Many YouTubers or other large-profile players have them to use in training rooms to test penetration, maneuverability, etc.
